Iverhart Plus Flavored Chewables: Cherokee Trail does not sell Iverhart Plus Flavored Chewables, but some of you may have purchased them from an online pharmacy. The manufacturers of Iverhart have noticed stability issues in some of their products; if a dog is in the top 10% of the weight range, the products may not maintain the necessary amount of ivermectin to prevent heartworm disease.
If your pet has taken the recalled Iverhart, please contact us so we may note the information in his or her chart. Next, please contact the company from which you purchased the product so they can send you replacement preventive.
